For the Yale Faculty Innovation Awards, we developed a poster campaign celebrating award-winning faculty by visualizing their technologies alongside their portraits.

Rather than separating people from ideas, the campaign intentionally merges the two—positioning innovation as both deeply human and rigorously technical. The visual system extends the broader Yale Ventures Innovation identity, ensuring consistency across the space while allowing each technology to remain distinct. Installed throughout the event environment, the posters functioned as both recognition and storytelling—honoring individual achievement while reinforcing Yale Ventures’ role in translating research into real-world impact.
